Skradin is the Gateway

The Closest Town to the Krka Waterfalls

Skradin sits right at the park boundary, which is why most visitors start here. From my door to the park gate is a few minutes, and the price is fixed before you set off. I am Antonio, one local driver with one comfortable Škoda Superb, and I take you there and back at a price agreed in advance, with no meter.

Which Entrance Should You Use?

Krka has more than one way in, and the right one depends on where you are staying and how you want to arrive. Here is the honest version, from someone who drives it every day.

Skradin entrance. This is the one at the national park boat dock in Skradin, and for most visitors it is the best. Your park ticket includes the boat down the river to Skradinski buk, the big waterfall everyone comes to see. You arrive on the water instead of a car park, which is a far nicer way to start the day. From anywhere in Skradin the ride is a fixed €15.

Lozovac entrance. The road entrance on the other side of the falls, about 15 minutes from Skradin. From the car park a park bus takes you down to Skradinski buk. This one suits travellers coming off the motorway or anyone who would rather not wait for a boat. A fixed €25 from Skradin.

Roški Slap entrance. The quieter upper section of the park, further inland along the river. Fewer crowds, a different set of falls and the mills to walk around. Worth it if you have already seen Skradinski buk or want a calmer day. A fixed €50 from Skradin.

Transport Only, Not a Tour

I am a taxi and transfer driver, not a tour agency. I drive you to the entrance you choose and bring you back, at a fixed price for the car, up to 4 passengers. You buy your park ticket from the national park yourself, and there is no per-person charge from me and nothing added for the visit itself. If you would like, I wait nearby and take you home whenever you are ready, or come back at a time we set.

Coming from Further Away?

If your day starts somewhere else along the coast, my sister site handles those longer runs so the two do not overlap: see the Krka day trip from Šibenik, from Split or from Zadar on taxisibenik.hr. Those are full day trips with waiting time included. What you see on this page are direct, one-way transfers to the gate.

FAQ

Which Krka National Park entrance should I use?

From Skradin, the Skradin entrance is the natural choice. It sits at the national park boat dock, and the park boat down to Skradinski buk is included in your park ticket. Lozovac is the road entrance, with the park bus down to the falls, and it suits travellers arriving by car from the motorway. Roški Slap is the quieter upper section, further inland.

How much is a taxi from Skradin to Krka National Park?

A fixed €15 per car to the Skradin entrance, €25 to Lozovac and €50 to Roški Slap. The price is per vehicle for up to 4 passengers, not per person, and is agreed before you travel.

Do you sell Krka National Park tickets?

No. I am a taxi and transfer driver, not a tour agency. You buy your park ticket from the national park directly. I handle only the drive there and back, at a fixed price agreed in advance.

Can you wait and drive us back from Krka?

Yes. I can wait nearby and take you back whenever you are ready, or return at a time we agree. Tell me your plan when booking and I will confirm the fixed price for both legs.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 2 hours ahead so I can confirm the car and your pickup time. In high season the morning slots go quickly, so earlier is better. For a sooner ride, call or WhatsApp me directly.
